To all Bollinger Real Estate Services clients, customers, employees, and agents:
Bollinger Real Estate Services will be taking the following actions to protect our clients, customers and employees during this extraordinary health emergency.
Our primary goal is the health of all, but we want to ensure we are able to continue to provide services to our clients and customers. In order to protect both, we will be increasing our office hygiene practices, including following the CDC recommendations:
· Keep hands clean.
· Keep public surfaces clean and sanitized.
· Practice social distancing of six feet. This recommended distance is necessary to prevent the virus from spreading by contact and air.
· Enhance our cleaning services with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.
· Agents and employees exhibiting any sign of illness will be asked to stay home.
We will continue to show property to prospective buyers, but at the discretion of the seller. Sellers may choose to only allow their property to be shown at certain times, or may temporarily suspend showing of certain homes.
Potential buyers and agents will be required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer, and refrain from unnecessarily touching surfaces within the home.
Customers and agents, who will be entering the property, will be asked if they have traveled recently and where they visited. They will be asked if they have any signs of illness, particularly respiratory illness. Other questions may be included.
Bollinger Real Estate agents will be driving their own automobile and will meet clients and customers at the property.
Open houses will not be held on listed properties for at least 30 days.
While handshakes and hugs are common in our area, please do not be offended, when we don’t extend our hand. We will refrain from this during this time.
As this situation changes, our policies and procedures may also change. At this time, our plan is to keep the office open and available for customers and clients by appointment. We are asking that if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call or email us instead of coming to the office.
We appreciate your understanding and assistance in dealing with this temporary situation.
